Welcome to Avinotab foods, we specialise in wholesale distribution and retailing of International foods, spices and beauty products including African, Asian and the Americas. Avinotab is a family owned business with focus on being your primary source for all international food stuffs and condiments.
Our website hosts a wide range of our products. Purchases can be delivered nationwide or you can choose our store pick up option.
Ordering information
Avinotab offers a secure and efficient way of processing your personal details over the Internet.
You will need your credit card details on hand in order to use this method and your receipt(s) for your purchase can be generated in a number of different forms and sent accordingly to your selected option. If you have an email account you can receive an HTML version, a Plain Text version or both versions of your receipt to your nominated account page. If you do not have an email account, be sure to print out the Order Confirmation page and/or the final page of the purchase as your receipt.
Please note: When you submit your order, you will be presented with an onscreen summary of your order & personal details. Once you select your preferred email receipt format and submit your order to our secure server, you should receive confirmation of your order via your nominated email address within 30 minutes. Payment terms
Unless otherwise negotiated with an Avinotab Customer Service Representative, the payment terms for Avinotab products sales are payment before delivery. All transactions are in Australian dollars and our preferred payment method is Direct payments to our bank account. Our bank account details will be given to you when you make your order and register your details on our website. Remember your order will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed in our account.
Delivery policy
Avinotab normally uses registered Australia Post to deliver stock purchase but has no objection to any other available carrier at your request and cost or direct home delivery within the Brisbane area but conditions apply.
The cost of delivery and total cost of your order is displayed prior to final checkout. All Postage and handling costs are based on weight of the goods and distance as per Australia Post rate. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account.
Express delivery may be available on some items; express delivery is usually dispatched within 1 day from your purchase date (when payment is confirmed). Please note that delivery may be delayed depending on availability of payment verification process from your bank and stock availability; we suggest that you contact us to discuss your concerns, possible delivery time and how urgent your order is.
Delivery Problems and Damaged Products
If your delivery has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please contact our Sales Staff.
If you have received your order and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receipt of your package. Any damaged products that are the fault of Australia Post should be discussed with your local Australia Post Office.
Returns and Refunds
Avinotab is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. As such, we offer a 7 day return policy on our products, excluding food items and clearance sales. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us by post or in person. Therefore, choose carefully because returns based on change of mind will not be entertained.

All orders can only be cancelled with full immediate refund before dispatch. Please email returns@avinotabfooods.com or call (07) 3879 1465 as soon as possible.
